Shipping

Most products will be shipped via FedEx or UPS if they fit within the carrier's size and weight restrictions, and it is determined the product(s) can be safely shipped in this manner.  Other products that are outside the carrier's restrictions, due to size and weight, will be shipped palletized using FedEx Freight Services or another Less than Truckload (LTL) common carrier.

Residential Deliveries

Residential orders will be scheduled for curbside delivery, unless alternate arrangements have been arranged in advance of order.  Additional charges will apply to orders delivered to residential addresses and orders requiring a lift gate at the time of delivery.   IMPORTANT: YOU MUST ACCURATELY SPECIFY IF YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL, or you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges imposed by the carrier due to shipment being undeliverable.  Due to some products being oversized or heavy, additional services (lift gate, forklift) may be required to unload product.  These services to residential addresses may incur additional charges, as trucks delivering residential addresses are often not equipped with the proper unloading equipment. The carriers must be notified in advance and failure to do so will result in non-deliverable items which imposes additional punitive charges by the carrier.

Shipping Locations

Planterscape ships to all U.S. residential and business addresses in the lower 48 states.  We currently do not offer international shipping.
